Did anyone else niocte the three best teams in the league New England, New Orleans, and Green Bay ALL had D graded defenses? Two were #1 seeds and the other was a #3 seed. It would seem that there is a paradigm shift involved in the NFL. The grades given are as if we\'re still in \'96. Yes the Packers gave up a lot of yards, but points are what matter, and turnovers are now much more impactful to points than yards. And the Packers were tied for the league lead on that front. Also, in 2010, the Chargers were #1 in both offensive and defensive yards (high and low) AND DIDN\'T MAKE THE PLAYOFFS. The Eagles, in 2011, were 4th and 8th in O and D yardage, and they too didn\'t make the playoffs. What DID those two teams do in those respective years? They were at the bottom of the barrel in TURNOVER MARGIN. So a D- defense in 2011? No. But it certainly wasn\'t an A. Overall, probably a C , which is nothing to crow about, but mediocre is a long way from very bad/terrible as is depicted in these grades. A/A+ GreatB+/A- Very GoodB-/B GoodC+ FairC MediocreC- PoorD/D+ BadD- Very BadF TerribleIn \'83, the Packers had a very good to great offense and a truly terrible defense and were 8-8 as you would expect. In 2011, the Packers had great offense and a mediocre defense and went 15-1. And with similar defenses, the Patriots and both went 13-3. I think this is enough evidence of a new paradigm. http://fdcngroskdt.com lizicmhz[/ur l] [link=http://rwxcairuk.com]rwxcairuk[ /link]

Really excellent video and break down. On Van Rotten: this is the beutay of MM. Bring the young guys along, coach them up and then give them real playing time to learn and feel the speed of the game. I noticed (Barclay I think) slip. During the game review both will be able to learn much AND with the feeling of the play so recent be coached up. On MR GRANT: I jump out of my chair and pumped my fist as well. This was the first time in a couple of months that I did that. Good to see MR Grant running through the hole. EDS: I hope he takes over at Center. He will be a fixture for years. Then TT can draft a good guard like the kid from Wiscons. Imagine a power driving LG in there. I get shivers thinking about it. Classic power running will take the cover 2 down. Of course Detroit was spread wide where a 4-3 team (giants) will not be. I hope Van Rotten is a power driver. Thanks again for another excellent afternoon re-wind of the Packers game.

Ron, appreciate the ptonis but if we are playing teams like the Giants the O-line wont be fixed\' until Sitton is all the way healthy and Newhouse is a 3rd year starter (He is effectively a rookie and its natural that he could use some help now and then). The Giants\' D-Line is top end talent and today they played with their hair on fire; frankly I\'m impressed that the Packers\' big guys held up as well as they did. Yes we were very fortunate that Omenyora (sp) did not play today; but they were also fortunate that Sitton and Starks were hurt. (Starks I think is about a yard per play better than Grant on those dives into the line these days. No real fault of Grant\'s he is coming back after one year from an injury that tends to affect players for 2.)Anyway, the Pack did enough to win, and the Defense actually contributed ptonis to the win (Clay\'s pick 6).Be happy. No one else we face until the playoffs is as good on both sides of the ball. Hopefully the Pack can take some practice time and get back those connection vibes\' between Rodgers and his receivers other than Nelson. And hopefully Woodson, Hawk and Bishop aren\'t out too long DJSmith and Francois played well enough, but they showed themselves to be distinctly early days\' on the learning curve; we need the vets back for the D to improve (as much as it will this year). The one extra big play per game the vets can provide has been our bread and butter on defense. http://ndsniwvgnpf.com drnucatgw jt [link=http://lhnjvrms.com]lhnjvrms[/l ink]

No, your wrong again .Adam is right and he obviously see\'s the same trend that\'s been going on for WEEKS now!That\'s Mike McCarthy play calnilg version 2012! That\' s why this offense has struggled, that\'s why this offense is averaging 10 fewer points, that\'s why Rodgers numbers are WAY down and that\'s why this team has 4 more losses than it did last year at this time. Run, Run, Run, Run, Run It\'s predictable play calnilg. You don\'t have the O-line to run block or pass block YOU JUST GOT DONE SAYING IT! You don\'t trust the O-line. Then how can you possibly trust them to run block?Answer me this please. Monty even alluded to it. With Brandon Jackson at RB this team still found ways to produce with short underneath routes and they didn\'t need to run nearly as much. Where are the 4 WR sets and leave a RB in to pass block? Where are the backside slant routes? There were essential no quick slants to Jones, Jordy or Cobb last night. No miss-matches in the secondary with Jordy, Jones, Finley, Cobb, Driver NONE!That\'s on McCarthy on the O-coordinator and I\'m saying it again losing Joe Philbin has KILLED this team offensively absolutely KILLED them! It\'s not the Pack offense from 2009, 2010 or 2011 it\'s a run-first, run-often, offense to try and open up the deep ball. No rhythm, no pace, no success running the ball only multiple 3rd and long situations after running pathetic broken down run plays. You must see this by now. And it\'s not a 1-week hysteria thing this has been building for weeks now and I know you see this.
